Our Story
Three generations of pure, traditional taste — from our family to yours.
Malhar Sweet began the way most good things in a Gujarati kitchen do — with one family, one kadai, and a stubborn refusal to cut corners. What started as sweets made for neighbours and festivals in Surat grew, over three generations, into a shop that people travel across the city for.
The recipes have not changed. We still make our mithai in pure ghee, still roast and grind in small batches, and still make it fresh rather than stockpiling it. No preservatives, no shortcuts, no substitutes for the ingredients the recipe asks for — because the moment you start compromising on those, it stops being the sweet you remember.
Today that same kitchen sends hampers to corporate offices, weddings and homes across India. Whether it's a single box of chikki or five hundred gift hampers for a company Diwali, it is made by the same hands, to the same standard.
